Welcome!
To begin, one of our customer service representatives will welcome you in for your scheduled appointment. Our staff have been carefully selected and rigorously trained, ensuring that you receive the best experience. When you choose to work with us, know that you are consistently choosing quality and excellence.

Check-in!
Depending on the species of patient, following check-in, you'll be directed one of two ways - to the waiting area for our small animal clients and around the building to trailer unloading for our production animal clients. A staff member will then be with you shortly to obtain any additional information or history needed. As follows, the doctor will be with you shortly!

Doctor Awaits!
Our doctors have a breadth of knowledge in the most up-to-date research and information in the industry to give you the best recommendations. Following completion of your appointment, you'll be directed back to our customer service representatives to check-out, review any needed medications and instructions and follow-up any questions you may have.
